We brought our own kayaks, canoes and bikes and enjoyed exploring the lake and the many trails around the old limestone quarry. We explored the limestone cliffs at the town of Steep Rock and enjoyed learning a bit about the history of the area. Steep Rock Lake Park had a nice sandy beach for swimming and is within walking distance to the house.
